Someone told me today... "I have had more than my share of Sex...10 times over maybe even 100 times over"

...............and he is not sure why he is driven to have more.

i have a few ideas:

I am sure our bodies are smart instruments. It knows how to heal itself, and sex can be a healing experience.

Also, our soul has a need to express itself too  Sex is an avenue of intense expression for our soul.

Sometimes our sexual experiences are so brief, and so limited in expression that we still year for that extended experience of pleasure and unfoldment of our soul -----to allow our soul to express itself even further.

In my own personal experience, it is not about having more and more sex to be satisfied, (nor is it about having less sex) but about having a deeper, more internal experience of pleasure that allow that insatiable drive to be met through experiencing yourself fully and more esctatically.
